Breaking: Deadly Domestic Violence Incident Claims Four Lives in Orlando
Orlando Police Chief Eric Smith has reported that a suspected domestic violence incident in Orlando, Florida turned fatal early on Sunday morning, resulting in the deaths of three people and the suspect. According to Smith, officers were called to a residence near Parramore Avenue and Grand Street at approximately 2:28 a.m. Sunday for a domestic violence incident. Upon arrival, gunshots were heard from inside the home.
Three individuals were found shot inside the home, including a child who was taken to a hospital but later passed away from their injuries. The other two victims, adults, also died from gunshot wounds. Their names and ages have not yet been disclosed.
The two responding officers were not injured and will be placed on administrative leave, as is standard procedure for officer-involved shootings.
