Santo Tomas Municipal Hall in Davao Del Norte Celebrates Easter with Fun-Filled Park Event at the newly built Municipal Plaza

DAVAO DEL NORTE, Philippines - A newly built park in front of the Santo Tomas Municipal Hall in Davao Del Norte became the venue for a vibrant Easter Sunday event. Residents of the municipality flocked to the park to celebrate the occasion with their families and friends.

The event was organized by the local government, with hashtags #EggHunting and #KayMayorRolandDejesicaKatawhanangUna. The event aimed at providing a fun-filled experience for children and adults alike. The park was transformed into a festive area, with colorful decorations, music, and a variety of activities.

One of the highlights of the event was the Easter egg hunt, which had children excitedly searching for hidden eggs throughout the park. The winners received prizes, including toys and treats. Other activities included face painting, balloon twisting, and photo booths.

Mayor Roland Dejesica expressed his joy over the success of the event, saying that it was a testament to the community's spirit of unity and cooperation. The event was held in accordance with health and safety protocols, with organizers making sure that everyone followed physical distancing measures and encouraged to still wear face masks.
